Maupo Lagua is a Keptu-Quey who operates the ship travel service from Keen. He does not own the boat. He is employed by the Llavayn family of the Gateway Canton.

Elammus Theray is a simple fisherman.
Dreugh-jigger’s Rest
Dreugh-jiggers hunt and harvest dreugh. They’re not popular with the Ouag Tong due to moral differences in what constitutes responsible fishing.
